Job Summary

Lead go-to-market execution for TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem’s generative AI products and new features, partnering across Product, Engineering, UX, Communications, Sales, and Strategy. Analyze user behavior, feedback, and market signals to shape product direction, and identify new product and business opportunities through research and competitive benchmarking. Build relationships with external AI partners to strengthen the product ecosystem and enable co-development.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive execution of go-to-market plans to support launch and adoption of generative AI products and new features.
•Analyze user behavior, inbound feedback, and market signals to surface insights that shape product direction and decisions.
•Uncover new product and business opportunities via data-driven research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, Communications, Sales, Strategy) to align priorities and bring features to market.
•Support relationship-building efforts with external AI partners to enhance the product ecosystem and unlock co-development potential.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of work experience in a product marketing/operations role in an AI landscape, or roles in the tech/ad industry.
•Strong passion to learn and use AI products.
•Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to grasp context, identify key risks, and coordinate with stakeholders.
•Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven approach to work.
•Comfortable setting ambitious targets and iterating quickly through trial and error.
