Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify high-value AI opportunities by shadowing SDRs and managers and analyzing workflows across tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Slack while maintaining a prioritized backlog.
  • •Design, prototype, launch, and iterate AI internal products (e.g., research agents, account briefs, meeting-prep assistants, manager briefs, coaching copilots, forecast assistants, territory planners, pipeline inspectors).
  • •Run an experimentation roadmap focused on meetings, connect rates, personalization, administrative time, forecasting, coaching, and qualified pipeline—scaling what works and stopping what does not.
  • •Translate field problems into product requirements and lead cross-functional delivery with Engineering, RevOps, Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales leadership, and AI governance for secure and governed outcomes.
  • •Embed AI into daily SDR workflows (prospecting, prioritization, personalization, onboarding, coaching, inspection, forecasting, performance) and measure business impact (adoption, time saved, pipeline, conversion, and revenue contribution).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows, agents, copilots, automations, or internal tools in production.
  • •Strong technical foundation to write business logic, design solutions, integrate systems, troubleshoot workflows, and ship reliably.
  • •Practical experience with LLMs, prompt design, agent architecture, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop operating models.
  • •Experience integrating CRM and sales engagement systems (e.g., sales engagement, enrichment, intent, analytics) and familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data models.
  • •Understanding SDR/sales/revenue operations workflows including prospecting, sequencing, qualification, handoff, and pipeline conversion.
