Own financial planning for the BPO program by integrating WFM headcount and productive-hours inputs into yearly models and monthly adjustments. Key Responsibilities

•Integrate yearly models and ongoing monthly headcount and productive-hours adjustments into the financial intake with the WFM team.
•Use WFM forecasting and contract pricing to build full fiscal year cost projections for the BPO program and break costs down for accurate cross-charging.
•Create and manage global Purchase Orders using approved financial models; track PO transactions, remaining balances, and escalate deviations.
•Ensure partner invoicing is broken down by market, vertical, LOB, channel, agent, and productive hour, then use it for cross-charging reports.
•Validate billed hours vs. hours delivered, apply contractual overlays like penalties, and handle partner payment escalations to meet contractual terms.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years creating, managing, and presenting financial models, including full ownership of projections and approvals.
•General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles and strong discipline following GAAP principles.
•Experience creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs), Invoices, and vendor payment processes for third parties.
•Ability to build fiscal year projections and break costs down by dimensions such as market and vertical.
•Experience working with ongoing adjustments to headcount and productive hours reflected in the financial intake.
