•Oversee forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and modeling for revenue, profitability, liquidity, capital structure, leverage, and asset/liability management.
•Lead, develop, and motivate the team to deliver advanced analytics and insights on key business drivers.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and make recommendations for short-term and strategic financial problems.
•Teach and mentor others on complex financial processes, systems, and business drivers; review analysts’ work and manage workflow.
•Ensure financial activities comply with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and risk/compliance controls; lead cross-functional problem resolution and enterprise planning initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
•8 years of financial/accounting analysis experience, including 2 years leading strategic financial/accounting opportunities (or an advanced degree with CPA/CFA progress and 6 years including 1 year leading).
•Subject-matter-expert knowledge of data analysis and relevant technical accounting/finance acumen.
•Subject-matter-expert level of business acumen in financial services operations, finance/accounting practices, and emerging trends.
•Experience using financial/accounting technologies and complying with financial regulations; working knowledge of GAAP and Microsoft Office Excel.
