Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate root causes of inventory accuracy issues and escalate process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to support operational excellence.
