Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, building and retaining consumer and business relationships. Identify customers’ financial goals and needs, recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Resolve customer issues, educate customers on deposit products, and drive growth through disciplined sales, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals. Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
