Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain oversight of RFI backlogs and incoming backlogs to ensure materials are received and delivered within target timeframes
  • •Receive, store, and issue raw material, parts, and hardware to support shop operations, verifying conformity with paperwork and handling damage, part numbers, quantities, and revisions
  • •Perform picking and kit-building to ensure all required parts/material/hardware are available and accounted for
  • •Interface with other teams, sites, shipping/receiving, planning, quality control, purchasing, and related departments to resolve material receipt and distribution issues
  • •Maintain strict material handling practices, support audits/cycle counts, and follow proper housekeeping while optimizing storage/packing density

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •2+ years of inventory control experience
  • •Must be able to gain forklift certification
  • •Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
  • •Willing to work overtime and weekends as required to support critical milestones
