Serve as the key ambassador for Commerce Bank at the Arnold location by building long-lasting customer relationships and identifying financial needs through needs-based conversations. Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer experiences, recommend retail products and digital solutions, and ensure transactions are completed accurately while meeting sales and service goals. Collaborate across internal departments and refer complex needs to specialists, earning additional pay through a quarterly incentive program.
