Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake general property repairs and maintenance as required.
  • •Assist in the execution of the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal property performance.
  • •Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
  • •Provide induction and supervision of external contractors as required.
  • •Maintain accurate daily work records and service schedules and support the Maintenance Manager with contractor works and maintenance projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous hands-on building or property maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel environment.

  • •Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
