Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the pharmacy P&L, annual operating plan, capital priorities, and a balanced scorecard across quality, growth, service, and financial performance.
  • •Set long-term business strategy and scaling roadmap covering capacity, facilities, licensing, technology, automation, staffing, and organizational design.
  • •Build and lead the management team (including the Pharmacist-in-Charge), clarify decision rights between enterprise leadership and daily operations.
  • •Establish operating cadence and metrics across prescription volume and capture, unit economics, turnaround time, quality, compliance, member experience, and workforce performance.
  • •Drive pharmacy growth through provider engagement and referral pathways; oversee licensing/credentialing/regulatory readiness and strengthen partner relationships.
