Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical reference specialist for the assigned Epiroc underground equipment portfolio and related systems.
  • •Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting, diagnosis, performance optimization, and root-cause investigations.
  • •Support customer centers and customers with complex issues across operation, maintenance, machines, and components.
  • •Support commissions, audits, inspections, equipment and fleet evaluations, field tests, and validation activities.
  • •Recommend actions to reduce operating costs and improve equipment reliability, productivity, and safety, including TCO/run-cost analyses and KPI-related performance programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Más de 5 años de experiencia con equipos de minería subterránea.
  • •Experiencia sólida en mantenimiento, confiabilidad, gestión de flotas o soporte técnico.
  • •Experiencia trabajando directamente con clientes de la industria minera.
  • •Conocimiento profundo de los sistemas de equipos de minería subterránea (hidráulicos, tren motriz, sistemas eléctricos, automatización y soluciones digitales).
