Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager to ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and efficiently.
  • •Manage project tasks across the construction process, including submittal and RFI processes, and support change order management.
  • •Assist with proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects, and help establish project governance, processes, and systems.
  • •Coordinate and track project information: meeting coordination, issues/actions logs, meeting minutes, and driving action items to closure.
  • •Support reporting and project cost tracking, including monthly reporting and maintaining EVM systems; coordinate procurement and cost/spending data with finance teams where needed.

Key Requirements

  • •0–2 years of industry experience.
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
  • •Preferred degree fields: Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
  • •Ability to assist in project planning, status meetings, and close-out of open items.
  • •SOX control responsibilities are to be adhered to where applicable.
