Key Responsibilities

  • •Define architectural standards and end-to-end solution strategies for complex enterprise Celonis deployments across multiple process areas, business units, and geographies.
  • •Lead solution architecture and delivery quality through design reviews and ensure delivery teams follow architectural standards.
  • •Design AI deployment agent orchestration (Apollo), including agent workflows, validation checkpoints, and quality gates for scalable rollout.
  • •Serve as senior technical advisor to strategic customers, translating business challenges into Celonis platform strategies and success metrics for VP/C-level stakeholders.
  • •Partner with Deployment Engineers to implement complex use cases, provide feedback loops to Product & Engineering, and maintain production readiness of business-critical implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership for enterprise software, including at least 3 years in a senior/lead technical role on large-scale projects.
  • •Proven ability to design complex, multi-component solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI, with strong understanding of enterprise architecture trade-offs.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of the Celonis platform, including the Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, advanced PQL, automation/orchestration engine, and AI modules; working knowledge of Python.
  • •Demonstrated ability to design AI-augmented delivery workflows with AI validation at scale and define how AI should be used across multi-agent systems.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; fluency in English and German required.
