Job Summary

Shape the security architecture for a modern workplace across Spain and Portugal, driving Zero Trust adoption and governance for endpoint, identity, collaboration, and corporate data protection. You’ll design secure endpoint and remote access solutions, integrate Entra ID and related controls, and lead DLP/information protection initiatives. Partner with IT, Architecture, Risk, and Business teams to manage standards, risk assessments, exceptions, and architecture reviews, presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain workplace security architecture standards, principles, and reference architectures, driving Zero Trust adoption across workplace technologies.
•Design secure solutions for endpoint protection, device management, and remote access; govern security controls across Microsoft 365 and workplace services.
•Ensure secure integration of identity services (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO) and lead data protection initiatives including DLP and Information Protection.
•Develop and maintain workplace security policies, technical baselines, and support risk assessments, exception management, and architecture review processes.
•Serve as a trusted security advisor to IT, Architecture, Risk, and Business teams by presenting security architectures, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Workplace Security, Endpoint Security, EUC Security, or Information Security Architecture.
•Design enterprise-scale workplace security solutions, ideally in large multi-country environments.
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft security stack and endpoint protection tools (e.g., Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne), including Intune/UEM/MDM and Microsoft Entra ID with Conditional Access/MFA.
•Experience with Zero Trust and secure remote access architectures (including SASE/SSE) and related security capabilities like vulnerability/patch management and application control.
•Familiarity with security governance and frameworks/standards such as DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and GDPR; fluent English required.
