Job Summary

Lead sales and business development for CrowdStrike’s services portfolio across JAPAC, driving revenue growth and building strategic enterprise relationships. Manage and coach a high-performing regional sales team, own regional sales strategy and pipeline, and position Professional Services and Falcon Complete MDR for complex, high-value deals. Serve as primary liaison for service engagements, expand cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate across Services Delivery, Account Management, Product, and Marketing while traveling across JAPAC.

•Build, develop, and manage a high-performing regional sales team, setting performance expectations and driving accountability for revenue and customer satisfaction metrics.
•Develop and execute regional sales strategy for services and Falcon Complete, including pipeline management, territory plans, and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
•Demonstrate services portfolio expertise and support complex deal negotiations and contract discussions with enterprise customers.
•Drive Falcon Complete adoption as a managed services solution, educating customers on benefits and enabling sales across the team.
•Serve as primary point of contact for complex service engagements, manage executive-level customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success and retention.
