Manager, Product Delivery

Lead a team of Technical Project Managers delivering large-scale, complex initiatives across the Genius roadmap. Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution for multiple concurrent programs, focusing on time, cost, quality, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Drive operational discipline through SteerCo reporting, manage delivery risks and RAID items, and serve as the escalation point. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to prioritize initiatives and deliver agreed milestones and outcomes.
