Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) to complete professional and technical training and on-the-job learning over the first year.
  • •Support wafer fabrication process work, including process/tool selection and process definition.
  • •Assist with installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including process setup and operator/technician training.
  • •Use data to improve fabrication processes and help resolve issues affecting yield, product dispositions, and non-conforming product handling.
  • •Interface with design, process, test, reliability, and manufacturing engineering to solve production problems, drive process improvements, and meet fab cycle-time goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions effectively.
