Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the Lead Routing Application to enable seamless, reliable deployments.
  • •Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline SDLC and standardize branching, versioning, and release practices.
  • •Own monitoring, alerting, and observability (dashboards, SLOs, incident runbooks) including synthetic and transaction monitoring for critical flows.
  • •Implement security and compliance controls such as secrets management, least privilege, supply chain security, and pre/post-deployment checklists.
  • •Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform/Ansible; manage Kubernetes/Helm and environment parity, and lead incident response with root-cause analysis and postmortems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven experience as a DevOps/SRE engineer with strong CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation in production.
  • •Cloud expertise with AWS/Azure/GCP plus containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), including strong Git workflows.
  • •Infrastructure as Code and config management using Terraform and Ansible, with experience designing resilient on-call and incident processes.
  • •Strong monitoring and observability experience (dashboards, alerting, synthetic/transaction monitoring) with SRE practices; familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools like Jira and Confluence.
