Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary point of contact for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients externally, and internal clients for flow transactional banking elements
  • •Support Relationship Managers to deepen private client relationships and improve income generation through focused business development activities
  • •Maintain excellence in client service by handling client enquiries and requests
  • •Ensure high net worth client account opening documents are complete, accurate, compliant, and processed in a timely, consistent format
  • •Support credit application processing by ensuring applications meet deadlines and ensure compliance with relevant processes and procedures

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • •Proven and progressive private banking experience (or equivalent)
  • •Proven customer service, communications, sales, and analytical skills with strong organization and planning
  • •Good understanding of major private banking products and services
  • •Credit Skills, ideally from an area dealing with high net worth individuals or business banking
