Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver reliability coverage for US/India shift handoffs and operate in shift-based, on-call coverage models.
  • •Lead incident response, observability, and automation, guiding Level 6-7 engineers with technical depth.
  • •Advance reliability practice from reactive operations to a platform engineering model using self-service over tickets.
  • •Implement automation-first reliability patterns such as auto-healing and auto-remediation.
  • •Support modern infrastructure practices including Kubernetes, GitOps, infrastructure as code, and internal developer platform concepts.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, or production operations roles.
  • •Hands-on credibility across incident response, observability, and automation, with the technical depth to guide Level 6-7 engineers.
  • •Experience operating in shift-based, on-call, or follow-the-sun coverage models.
  • •Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred) and observability tooling such as Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • •Proficiency in scripting/programming for reviewing and guiding automation, plus understanding of SLI/SLO frameworks.
