Job Summary

Network Distant Sales Agent responsible for reaching out to partners by phone, developing growth opportunities, and managing a portfolio of partners. You will present tailored solutions, ensure partner retention, and drive cross-sell/up-sell while maintaining accurate records and KPIs in a multicultural, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the available accounts and portfolio of partners.
•Present our solutions to partners based on their business needs and company strategy.
•Promote solutions, ensure partner retention and cross/up-sell initiatives.
•Keep an updated customer database and update partners’ records.
•Measure KPIs and prepare/present achievements and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics;
•2-3 years of experience as an inside sales agent (preferably in the HoReCa segment);
•Proven track record of achieving sales quotas over the phone;
•Fluency in Greek and English (oral & written communication);
•Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office;
•Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
