Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the available accounts and portfolio of partners.
  • •Present our solutions to partners based on their business needs and company strategy.
  • •Promote solutions, ensure partner retention and cross/up-sell initiatives.
  • •Keep an updated customer database and update partners’ records.
  • •Measure KPIs and prepare/present achievements and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics;
  • •2-3 years of experience as an inside sales agent (preferably in the HoReCa segment);
  • •Proven track record of achieving sales quotas over the phone;
  • •Fluency in Greek and English (oral & written communication);
  • •Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office;
  • •Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
