Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own daily operations of SAP integration services/interfaces, including interface health, performance, and stability.
  • •Define and maintain monitoring/observability standards and operational metrics (dashboards/alerts, thresholds, KPIs).
  • •Lead incident management for integration outages/degraded service, including triage, escalation, and coordination; perform RCA and recovery actions.
  • •Drive problem management by executing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and eliminating repeat incidents to reduce operational risk.
  • •Manage run documentation and integration governance: runbooks/support playbooks, SLA/OLA and KPI achievement, and release readiness/post-release validation; coordinate interface requirement consistency with teams and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree minimum; master’s preferred.
  • •15+ years of experience in SAP environments, including at least 5 years managing SAP project delivery.
  • •Proven production support experience for SAP integrations, including integration or migration projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of project planning, risk/issue/scope management, and change control.
  • •Experience with integration monitoring/observability, incident/problem management (RCA/CAPA), and ITSM processes; French proficiency is a plus.
