Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead real-time monitoring and incident command during shifts by validating alarms, correlating events, classifying severity, and ensuring timely operational response using ICCP and operational platforms.
  • •Supervise SOC Monitors to ensure consistent alarm handling, ticket/work order creation, escalation discipline, documentation quality, and coaching for performance improvement.
  • •Monitor incident-level SLA timers, validate escalation thresholds, and initiate response/restoration within agreed service commitments while filtering false positives.
  • •Coordinate restoration activities with Maintenance Partners, the Energy Desk, and operational support teams; escalate delays, recurring failures, and complex issues to Optimization Engineers (L3) and the SOC Manager when needed.
  • •Manage structured shift handovers and maintain accurate incident logs, real-time reporting, and ICCP/WFM documentation for incident lifecycles and closure records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Network Operations, or a related technical discipline.
  • •3–5 years’ experience in a Network Operations Centre (NOC), Smart Operations Centre (SOC), Technical Operations Centre, or similar 24/7 operational environment.
  • •Experience leading operational teams, coordinating shifts, or supervising technical operators in a 24/7 environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of incident management, alarm management, escalation procedures, and SLA-driven operations.
  • •Experience with operational monitoring platforms such as ICCP, WFM, NMS, RMS (or equivalent systems).
