Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with GBS Americas leadership on strategic planning, business priorities, and financial performance.
  • •Own budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost center management across multiple functions.
  • •Monitor and govern key financial KPIs; track actuals vs. budget/forecast and recommend risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • •Support interpretation of financial information, policies, legislation, and reporting requirements while ensuring compliance with internal controls, governance, and regulatory standards.
  • •Simplify and communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences; collaborate with Service Line Leaders and Controllers to improve financial performance and productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •4–5 years of progressive experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Business Partnering, or related areas.
  • •Strong accounting and financial analysis background, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost center management.
  • •Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including strong English (verbal and written) and presentation ability.
