•Provide first-line day-to-day responses to employees on employment queries and requests, guiding policies and procedures
•Prepare and maintain reports related to monthly payroll, bonuses, statistics, and reports
•Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, state registration, and employee file management to ensure smooth lifecycle transitions
•Perform regular audits of Personnel Policies and Files, Personnel Action Forms, and employment records with HR Management
•Administer employee payroll processes with accurate wages, deductions, and benefits while ensuring legal compliance
