•Partner with CIB coverage bankers and GPS global sales teams to identify and develop business opportunities and engagement strategies.
•Provide needs-based advisory to deliver appropriate cash management solutions aligned to customer requirements.
•Lead and coordinate sales proposals/RFP responses/client pitches through implementation handover, collaborating across markets and functions.
•Work with GPS Implementation, Integration and Client Service teams to ensure smooth transition from client mandate to realized revenues.
•Coach and lead team members on sales strategy, deal pipeline management, and sales conversion techniques.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record working with complex global corporate clients and managing a client portfolio with measurable sales and satisfaction outcomes.
•Ability to drive P&L/cross-sell initiatives supported by strong data analytical skills.
•Deep understanding of global cash management techniques, market/competitive trends, and the regulatory environment.
•Detailed knowledge of corporate treasury operations including foreign exchange, payments, liquidity, and working capital.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to cash management, banking relationship management, and/or corporate product sales.
