Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, process, and distribute daily shipment documentation for inbound and outbound materials and products.
  • •Verify physical counts against documentation to ensure accuracy of goods received.
  • •Ensure received materials are stored in proper locations and update JDE to reflect changes.
  • •Assist in quality control by checking for required certificates and completing incoming inspection procedures.
  • •Stage, load/unload, and track materials for shipping; remove paperwork and enter data into JDE; perform cycle counts and close truck orders.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to read, write, and perform high-school-level math calculations.
  • •Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 lbs.
  • •Ability to pass a forklift certification written exam and driving demonstration.
  • •Ability to obtain D.O.T. training certification for signing waste hauler manifests for shipping/receiving hazardous and non-hazardous products.
  • •Communicate effectively and work cooperatively in a team environment; able to perform other duties as assigned.
