Job Summary

Manage and implement solutions-focused knowledge management for Transfer Agency departments, aligning with the North American Transfer Agency (NATA) / TKM strategic plan. Coordinate internal communications for policy, product, and news updates; administer and publish content in the eGain knowledge database; and improve knowledge flow using technology-enabled tools and automation built with Microsoft 365/SharePoint and Power Platform. Support training and help stakeholders find accurate, timely information.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage TKM processes and/or tools to support knowledge management strategies for Transfer Agency departments.
•Coordinate and ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of internal communications for policy, procedure, product/service, and news updates using eGain, email, and presentations.
•Administer the eGain knowledge database and support selection, organization, and integration/transfer of knowledge; assist with writing and publishing for Invescopedia and ensure compliance with review requirements.
•Collaborate with TKM members and other business units to design, develop, and implement knowledge-sharing technologies, tools, and core KM approaches.
•Identify opportunities for automation and build lightweight solutions (forms, templates, workflows, dashboards) using approved tools; support training and facilitate as required.
