Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the cluster IBP process and SLT reviews to deliver one committed bottom-up plan aligned to market plans (demand, supply, financial)
  • •Represent demand planning and provide input for local Buy Plan reviews
  • •Provide senior management with demand planning trends analysis, qualitative analysis, and management reporting for business decisions
  • •Identify opportunities and risks in IBP and facilitate gap-closing activities
  • •Act as key contact for EM HUB Demand Planning, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure timely submission of monthly IBP plan templates

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling
  • •5+ years of working experience in a Finance or SCM department
  • •Comprehensive understanding of system landscape including IBP, SAP, Power BI, M-3, and master data systems
  • •Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong planning and organizational ability
  • •Fluent written and spoken English
