Learning Management System Specialist

Administer and support the organization’s enterprise Learning Management System, with hands-on responsibility for Workday Learning. Configure and maintain learning programs, curricula, and instructor-led and online training, while coordinating enrollments, scheduling, attendance, and completions. Troubleshoot LMS issues for learners and instructors, perform routine data audits, and generate reporting and dashboards to monitor compliance, engagement, and training effectiveness. Partner with HR and external vendors on integrations, enhancements, and Workday updates.
