Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and maintain the organization’s LMS, with hands-on responsibility for Workday Learning.
  • •Configure and manage courses, curricula, certifications, learning journeys, and online learning programs.
  • •Coordinate scheduling, enrollments, attendance tracking, completions, and learner communications.
  • •Upload, test, publish, and maintain digital learning content with data accuracy and quality.
  • •Provide technical support for LMS issues and generate and analyze LMS reports and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum three (3) years of Learning Management System administration experience.
  • •Hands-on experience administering Workday Learning is required.
  • •Experience supporting instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and online learning programs.
  • •Strong analytical skills creating and interpreting LMS reports and dashboards.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
