Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and lead the Hearing Care Regional Manager team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs (ASP, gross margin, LCM, help rate, same day help).
  • •Manage, coach, and develop Hearing Care professionals and support staff, including selection, hiring, development, and performance management.
  • •Drive customer experience by following Pinnacle Audio Care and leading customer journey/service best practices.
  • •Ensure compliance with AudioNova policies and procedures, including HIPAA, licensing, state-mandated CEUs, and billing requirements.
  • •Support talent management initiatives (development, appraisal, succession planning, performance management) and assist Senior Director, Sales with strategic projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
  • •Strong leadership, coaching, mentorship, and counseling skills.
  • •Effective verbal, written, and virtual communication skills.
