Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver project work stream execution and manage work plans for Workday/enterprise software and analytics solution implementations.
  • •Produce analytics and reporting and provide client interface/presentations to support client engagement.
  • •Collaborate with client staff and leadership throughout project work.
  • •Support Workday benefits configuration/implementation activities as a benefits administrator consultant.
  • •Train and mentor junior Huron staff and participate in their professional development.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of work experience in roles utilizing Workday, PeopleSoft, Lawson/Infor, or SAP.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the position or equivalent work experience.
  • •Workday Benefits certifications (preferred) and/or Workday HCM and Benefits certifications (preferred).
  • •Participation in at least 1 Workday Benefits implementation is a must.
  • •Experience supporting a Workday implementation, including Workday partner or client-side project resource experience (preferred).
