Job Summary

Build trusting relationships with retail and business banking customers by engaging in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer needs, collect and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to each customer’s goals. Provide an optimal client experience through greetings, basic transactions, and service requests, while educating customers on digital and self-service products. Partner with branch teams to open new accounts and support operational excellence and accuracy.

•NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z (including criminal background and credit check as part of the process).
