Support the growth and success of advisory, investment, banking, and sales partners by coaching advisors, providing training, and guiding behavior change to build a growth-oriented culture. Serve as a regional subject-matter expert for GDWM and the GPS platform, help advisors develop effective prospecting and consultative revenue strategies, monitor performance against plans, and drive adoption of digital wealth management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct one-on-one and team coaching sessions to enhance advisor skills in communication, client acquisition, and retention.
•Act as the primary stakeholder for regional execution and adoption of GDWM and the GPS platform, including the Pacing Model and related features.
•Assist advisors with effective prospecting and consultative revenue-generating techniques to expand their practice.
•Lead workshops on client relationship management, goal-setting, and business development strategies that encourage behavioral change.
•Track advisor progress against development plans and provide actionable feedback; partner with leadership to embed growth-oriented behaviors into team practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,500 - 194,700 annually
