Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with due diligence/analysis of new client relationships and opportunity memos as appropriate.
  • •Analyze financial data to determine the merits of loan requests.
  • •Monitor performance of existing client relationships and loan repayment activities; take necessary action for past-due accounts.
  • •Manage renewals and assist with preparation of loan packages; participate in the loan approval process.
  • •Coordinate loan closings and manage modifications/amendments/waivers to existing credit agreements, including reviewing loan documents.

Key Requirements
