Job Summary

Repair and maintain CHEP pallets in a fast-paced, quota-driven production environment, following safety, security, and productivity requirements. Support service centre operations through pallet inspection, sorting, repair, and general warehouse duties. Work afternoon shifts (3pm–11pm) Monday–Friday while contributing to CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture and meeting production targets with performance incentives.

•Repair damaged CHEP pallets (50–70 lbs) using speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

•Maintain performance in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment aligned to production targets.
•Contribute to CHEP’s Zero Harm safety culture while working on the production floor.
