Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate technical actions across AOC WS engineering and integration teams, interfacing with key stakeholders to support operational readiness and contractual compliance.
  • •Perform hardware and software deployment, implementation, tuning, design, testing, and systems administration for the AOC WS on-premise baseline across dispersed CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • •Conduct engineering analysis of interoperability and candidate changes; evaluate requirements and integrate/test applicable components and applications.
  • •Support engineering change processes (ECR, CRBs, CCBs) including creation, tracking, and management via configuration management tools.
  • •Lead systems security engineering activities, including maintaining security posture for classified test/integration suites and managing POA&M entries for DISA findings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of related experience.
  • •5+ years experience working in an Operations Center or related C2 environment.
  • •7+ years experience working in a DoW weapons system engineering, sustainment, or integration role (direct AOC WS experience strongly preferred).
  • •8+ years experience with Training, Engineering, Program, or Project Management in a military or civilian environment.
  • •Active Top Secret security clearance and U.S. Citizenship required (TS/SCI eligibility preferred).
