Lead engineering, sustainment, and integration for the Air Operations Center Weapon System (AOC WS) baseline, including legacy on-prem infrastructure across CONUS and OCONUS sites. Coordinate technical actions with systems, software, and hardware teams; deploy and administer hardware/software components; analyze interoperability and implement engineering changes. Support security engineering activities for classified test/integration suites, manage POA&M items, and provide Tier 2/3 help desk support for enterprise mission needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate engineering and integration technical actions across AOC WS teams to support operational readiness and compliance.
•Perform deployment, implementation, tuning, design, testing, and systems administration for on-prem AOC WS infrastructure (servers, compute, storage, network) across CONUS/OCONUS sites.
•Provide analysis of interoperability and candidate change impacts; integrate and test components/applications.
•Support modification/sustaining engineering, root-cause analysis, and problem report management through resolution with vendors/providers.
•Support AOC WS security engineering activities (ISSE/security architecture, DISA SCAP/HBSS/ACAS), manage POA&M entries, and provide Tier 2/3 help desk support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field plus 10+ years of related experience.
•10+ years experience including DoW weapons system engineering, sustainment, or integration (direct AOC WS experience strongly preferred).
•Active Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
•US Citizenship required.
•Experience supporting operations-center or related C2 environments and classified systems integration, infrastructure sustainment, and security engineering.
