Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, develop, maintain, and support Micron and third-party applications within the MFG Application Development Team.
  • •Apply software engineering principles across the development lifecycle, including analysis, research, design, documentation, maintenance, and support.
  • •Build quality software and participate in quality improvement efforts to minimize defects, downtime, and performance degradation.
  • •Demonstrate functional and technical capability to switch between development technologies and integrate them into the best solution.
  • •Use and apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and problem solving following responsible and secure AI practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on full-stack software development with strong core programming and object-oriented design fundamentals.
  • •Experience with C#, C++, .NET/.NET Core, WPF, ADO.NET, WebAPI, and RESTful services.
  • •Experience with MS SQL Server and MySQL, including performance tuning and query optimization (preferred).
  • •Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD and source control (e.g., Git, TFS), plus knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  • •Ability to use generative AI/agentic AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to support development, debugging, testing, or productivity while following responsible and secure AI usage practices.
