Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead alignment of facility electrical system design standards, construction project execution, and operational/maintenance programs across regional manufacturing sites.
  • •Provide engineering support for site projects, Alpha to Beta technology transfer, and sustainability projects; review and approve site capacity expansion and sustainability capex.
  • •Drive facilities reliability improvement work including system reliability improvements, quality improvement, and equipment end-of-life replacements.
  • •Technically lead a global cross-functional team focused on project, design, construction, and operational excellence for site electrical systems engineers.
  • •Support continuous improvement initiatives using SPC, conformance, SIPP’s, MOC, and 8D problem solving; benchmark performance, analyze equipment data, and develop training/certification programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • •At least 8 years of experience in electrical systems within the semiconductor industry.
  • •Proven experience in electrical systems construction design, development, and engineering with hands-on project execution.
