Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, operate, and maintain facility utility systems including boilers, compressed air, and water systems; perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
•Monitor gauges/meters/control systems and troubleshoot utility system failures or inefficiencies; maintain performance and compliance logs.
•Maintain facility grounds (mowing, trimming, snow removal, landscaping) and ensure parking lots, walkways, and exterior areas are clean, safe, and hazard-free.
•Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols; ensure utilities meet sanitation and regulatory standards; report conditions affecting food safety or quality.
•Adhere to OSHA and plant safety procedures; assist with environmental compliance (wastewater/emissions monitoring) and safe chemical/maintenance supply handling.
