Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain Oracle work order release schedules to provide on-time materials; reschedule or complete no-charge discrete jobs as required.
  • •Perform pre-shortage analysis, MRP execution reviews, and supply/demand reconciliation; validate master scheduling and/or PDS requirements.
  • •Manage engineering change order impacts with buyers/planners; ensure proper ECO disposition and prepare ECO/ECR status reports.
  • •Conduct regular system maintenance and audits for accuracy; participate in floor audits with Finance and resolve WIP issues.
  • •Drive inventory control, process control (including root-cause/corrective action), cycle counting, and adjust make-level lead times based on shop-floor reality.

  • •Knowledge of best practices and how planning integrates with other functions, including awareness of market factors.
