Job Summary

Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver excellent guest service and outstanding hospitality at Ossiano. Manage full-service areas including training and retention, shift operations, safety and cleanliness, and shared P&L responsibilities covering food and labor costs. Drive service excellence, upselling, and guest satisfaction through feedback loops, guest database development, and KPI-focused coaching. Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain excellent guest service and drive daily service excellence and guest satisfaction.
•Manage full-service restaurant operations including running shifts, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
•Develop and maintain a guest database to increase returning guests and compile guest feedback with action plans for continuous improvement.
•Lead and coach the management team, including delegating responsibilities, upselling guidance, and regular performance feedback against targets and KPIs.
•Recruit the team in coordination with HR and take ownership of short-, mid-, and long-term business development, team development, and marketing.
