Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver instructor-led and blended technical training (classroom and remote), including workshops and technical bootcamps with strong CSAT and NPS.
  • •Own the classroom and learning experience: manage delivery pacing, agenda adherence, learner activities, communications, and support items including exam proctoring and grading.
  • •Design, develop, and publish engaging course content and learning activities across ILT, online, and virtual modalities, with continuous evaluation and improvement.
  • •Run training measurement: implement CSAT/NPS evaluations, collect metrics, and strategize improvements; maintain training data for KPIs.
  • •Support certification programs and LMS course management, including certification tracks, scheduling, certification status, and review/approval of proctored certification exams.

Salary: USD 85,000 - 157,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years delivering instructor-led training (live or virtual) in data management or SaaS/PaaS/Platform services; data management experience preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years designing and developing instructor-led technical courses with subject matter content.
  • •Experience working with cloud-based APIs and API tools (e.g., Postman) with familiarity with JSON.
  • •Experience with Learning Management Systems and project management systems (e.g., Monday.com, Jira) plus strong facilitation and communication skills.
