Job Summary

Lead a large, diverse team of trade and technical professionals in Exmouth, WA, overseeing Space Domain Awareness mission systems maintenance and operations. Responsible for budget, scheduling, KPI management, safety and EH&S compliance, and stakeholder engagement across critical defence infrastructure including SST, VLF transmitter and C-Band radar, with opportunities for training and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and collaborate within a cross-functional environment to manage budget, resources and reporting to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
•Ensure Quality & EH&S standards are built and maintained in alignment with company policies.
•Ensure that maintenance requirements and requests are planned, scheduled and managed in accordance with program priorities.
•Monitor and control maintenance activities to ensure completion within budget, schedule and required quality outcomes.
•Practice excellent stakeholder management to maintain effective relationships.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated safety leadership and ensuring team safety as a core value.
•Experience supervising a mixed team of trade and technical professionals.
•Experience managing maintenance in a systematic way to maximise asset performance.
•Exposure to Engineering Change Management processes.
•Diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Engineering; or Diploma in Leadership & Management, or equivalent.
