Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare accurate Net Asset Value (NAV) packs for traditional and exchange-traded fund portfolios and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple portfolios.
  • •Perform NAV-related activities including capital activity bookings, accruals, amortization, yields generation, diagnostic checks, and post-NAV processes.
  • •Complete monthly/reporting activities such as fee reviews, ex-dividend distribution, trustee packs, queries, and regulatory/client reporting.
  • •Implement process changes and continuous process improvement, reduce manual processes, and keep management information system (MIS) trackers (e.g., daily tracker/ICATs) updated accurately and on time.
  • •Maintain internal control standards, support audit processes and risk mitigation, follow escalation matrices for outstanding issues, and complete mandatory training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other qualifications relevant to accounting/finance.
  • •0–2 years of relevant/accounting work experience and good knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments.
  • •Good knowledge of accounting principles and the end-to-end Net Asset Value (NAV) life cycle process.
  • •Basic understanding of fund accounting and operations including custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, and reconciliations.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and ability to speak and understand English, with strong interpersonal/teamwork and attention to detail.
