Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Provide mentoring, coaching, leadership development, training, and performance management for direct reports.
  • •Participate in development and execution of strategic plans, goals, and objectives aligned to company priorities.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, performance standards, and health/safety and loss-prevention guidelines.
  • •Lead training and certification processes and guide the reconditioning team to meet quality, production, and cost performance metrics while driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Proven ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
