•Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop technical staff while driving delivery outcomes.
•Ability to understand complex technical concepts, facilitate collaboration across functions, and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
•Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools, including Jira and standard Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, grooming, and sprint planning.
•Technical proficiency or foundational knowledge in .NET, C#, SQL, and development environments such as Visual Studio Code.
