Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to develop scope, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define delivery resources, run standard request for proposals, conduct bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity and coordinated, accurate, timely documentation.
  • •Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress; and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of relevant experience (Bachelor's degree preferred; other education/experience combinations considered).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • •Kahua or similar project management software experience required.
  • •General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, including ability to read architectural drawings.
  • •Interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mindset and ability to mentor others.
