Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple concurrent projects within the Agentic AI Factory to deliver value to stakeholders.
  • •Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with business analysts, AI engineers, service managers, and stakeholders.
  • •Build and maintain project plans including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and dependencies; revise as needed.
  • •Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • •Run status meetings and progress reporting, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and manage change requests while ensuring governance and responsible AI compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience as a Project Manager in technology, digital, or AI/ML environments.
  • •Proven track record managing complex projects across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • •Experience delivering multiple concurrent initiatives on time and within budget in fast-paced environments.
  • •Familiarity with agentic AI, data/ML platforms, or cloud-based technology solutions is an advantage.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; formal project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
