Represent the brand in-store by maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. Greet customers, help them select the right products, convert window shoppers into buyers, and promote the company’s Club Apparel Loyalty Program. Support merchandise and visual standards, maintain stock display and clearance norms, record inventory in/out, and efficiently handle POS billing, cash/receipts, refunds, and security/sales loss-prevention practices.
